Description
The library.
The virtual library is a site where students can find the articles that they have to do their assignments on, virtual classroom pictures and also all the assignments that they have submitted.
Crediting
Dutch students have to take an exam at the end of course.
Entrance level requirements
Internet students as well as regular students are required to read the book 'Parapsychology, the Controversial Science' by Richard Broughton, before they start the course. If you cannot easily acquire this book at your local book store you may use the book 'The conscious Universe' by Dean Radin (order through Amazon.com). Another source of valuable information to be studied before the course is the PSI-explorer CD-ROM. Please order this CD-ROM a few weeks before the start of the course
A list of the currently used key-articles is given below. Note that there is a limited number of students that can actively participate. There is also an option to become a 'lurking' student. These students just read the literature and the ongoing discusions. They do not fulfill assignments. There is no limitations on the number of 'lurking' students.
Registration
Registration register for the 2007-2008-course will be closed on Jan.14 2008.
One can also
mail the teacher (Prof. Bierman) for more information. But please indicate precisely what you want to know. Expected pricing will be $450 (non-dutch actively participating students) for the whole course if crediting is required. It is also possible to participate as a 'lurker' and just read the articles and the comments of the actively involved students and teacher ($75). For details about the tuition click here. Students at a dutch University don't have to pay tuition but have to register as 'bijvakker' at the University for Humanistics..
